We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase.
If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
Be unused and in the same condition as received
Be in the original packaging (including case tray, protective film, etc.)
Include a receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following:
Items that have been opened, used, or show signs of wear
Customized, engraved, or personalized products
Items purchased during sale, promotion, or clearance events
Orders placed with incorrect model or color due to customer selection
Return Process
Contact our customer support team to request a Return Authorization and return address
Do not send items back to the manufacturer
Securely package the item to prevent damage during shipping
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you within 5–7 business days regarding approval
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and may be deducted from the refund amount
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
Defective, or
Damaged upon arrival

Gift Returns
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a store credit for the return value
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original payment method
