How do I clean and care for my luxury phone case on a daily basis?
A: To maintain the long-lasting, crystal-clear luster of the natural shell and 3D crystals, we recommend avoiding daily contact with strong acids, strong alkalis, or high-concentration alcohol (such as perfume or organic solvents). If the surface accidentally becomes dusty or stained, simply wipe it gently with the included microfiber cloth or a soft, damp microfiber cloth, then place it in a cool, shaded area to air dry naturally. Please do not expose it to direct sunlight or extremely high temperatures for extended periods.
When will my order ship and how long does it take to arrive?
A:Order Processing: Standard orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
International Shipping: We ship to many locations worldwide (including local and cross-border direct shipping services to regions such as the UK and Japan). International shipping generally takes 5–10 business days; the exact delivery time depends on customs clearance and local delivery services.
Do I need to pay international duties or VAT?
A: Product prices on checkout pages for different regions are calculated in compliance with local regulations (such as the UK’s VAT policy). Generally, the final price at checkout already includes or clearly states the relevant taxes and fees, so you won’t have to pay any additional hidden charges upon receipt.
Can I track my order once it ships?
A: Of course. Once your order has been packed and shipped, the system will automatically send a confirmation email to your registered email address containing the tracking number and a tracking link. Due to the unique nature of cross-border shipping, there may be a slight delay in updates while the package is in international transit. Once the shipment arrives in the destination country and clears customs, you’ll be able to view real-time delivery updates from the local last-mile carrier (such as Royal Mail or Japan Post).
Can I return or exchange my order?

Within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the item remains brand-new, unopened, and in a condition suitable for resale, you may contact our customer service to request a return or exchange. Due to high cross-border shipping costs, return shipping fees resulting from personal reasons (such as selecting the wrong model or simply not liking the item) must be covered by the buyer.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

If you discover any manufacturing defects or shipping damage after receiving your order, please take photos within 48 hours and contact our official customer service. We will prioritize arranging a free replacement or a full refund for you.
What if I accidentally damage or lose a crystal during daily use?
A: As a “affordable luxury” brand that prioritizes quality and customer experience, we offer a thoughtful long-term protection plan for all customers. Every phone case featuring three-dimensional handcrafted crystals or intricately crafted accessories comes with a small number of spare raw crystals or accessories included in the box upon shipment. If an accessory falls off due to an accidental, severe impact during daily use, you can repair it yourself using a suitable special adhesive. In the event of complex damage, please feel free to contact our customer service team at any time. We will be happy to provide professional repair advice and, in certain cases, arrange for a free replacement of the missing accessory.
