Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Return

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

  • It must be in the original packaging (including case tray, protective film, etc.).

  • receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Phone cases that have been opened, used, or show signs of wear.

  • Customized, engraved, or personalized cases.

  • Items purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance events.

  • Cases ordered in the wrong color or model due to customer selection error.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization and address.

  2. Do not send the product back to the manufacturer.

  3. Please package the item securely to prevent damage during transit.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you within 5–7 business days regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment.

  • Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items that are defective or damaged upon delivery.

Gift Returns

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

  • For non-gift orders, the refund will be issued to the original payer.
