Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Glowfate offers free standard shipping on all orders over $99 USD. For orders under $99 USD, a flat shipping fee of $5.99 will be applied at checkout.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 5–8 business days, depending on your location and local customs clearance. Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons or promotions.

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order is processed and shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.

Yes. A digital invoice will be sent to your registered email address after your order is confirmed. If you need an additional copy, please contact our customer support.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

When the order payment is taken of my bank account?

Payment is charged immediately after your order is successfully placed. If your payment is declined, the order will not be processed.

A wishlist allows you to save your favorite Glowfate products so you can easily find and purchase them later. You can access your wishlist anytime when logged into your account.

Orders can be changed or canceled within 12 hours after placing them. Once the order has been processed or shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Package tracking allows you to monitor the shipping status of your order in real time. Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email and in your account.
